What I kept seeing was that the problem usually wasn't a lack of tools. Businesses already had websites, forms, email platforms, booking systems, CRMs, and plenty of software.
The real problem was that those pieces often weren't working together in a way that supported the customer experience or made life easier for the people running the business.
That's the perspective I bring to Marvz Solutions today. I work with small professional and B2B service businesses to strengthen the digital journey around their expertise — from how the business is presented online to what happens after someone makes an inquiry.
“I don't believe you need more technology just because more technology exists. You need the right pieces working together properly.”
Sometimes that means rebuilding the website. Sometimes it means improving email follow-up, organising the CRM, or automating a process that's still being handled manually. And sometimes it means connecting all of those things into one clearer client journey.
The goal isn't to make your business feel automated. It's to make the experience feel more organised, professional, and intentional — for both you and your clients.
When I’m not working on websites, lifecycle journeys, or figuring out how different systems can work better together, there’s usually coffee nearby.
I love reading, and my bookshelf is a mix of business, marketing, psychology, personal development, and fiction. I enjoy fiction simply because I love a good story, but I’m also drawn to books that help me understand how successful people think, what worked for them, how they built what they built, and what lessons can be taken from their experiences.
A lot of what I read ends up shaping the way I think about business, communication, decision making, and customer experience. I like understanding not just what worked for someone, but why it worked and what can actually be applied in a practical way.
I also enjoy the quieter side of work. A good book, a strong coffee, and enough space to think through a problem properly before jumping into the solution.
That probably explains a lot about how I work too. Thoughtful, practical, curious, and always looking for ways to make things clearer and work better.

"Marvie is an email automation expert serving global clients regardless of time zones and company sizes. I'm impressed by her approach from strategy to tactical activities to ensure the clients increase their ROI from using email marketing and other digital tools. Being well acquainted with the tools of the trade, one of the most important topics she can provide is peace of mind knowing that the tech stack is under control, the processes run smoothly and she can check if any hick ups occur before they become an issue. Especially on the ActiveCampaign side I can highly recommend working with Marvie, she can also give good hints as why that platform helps any future clients."
